Bring us in early, and we will help shape the designer's brief, develop a build programme, and check the feasibility of delivering the build to budget as the design evolves. We can do this alongside your own designers or you can appoint our team to develop and build ready drawings and specifications, as well as deal with any planning matters or surveys that may rbe equired.
How it works
+ 1 Appoint designers
We start by helping you appoint and brief the most well-suited designers, so they understand your priorities, budget, and what the project needs to achieve.
+ 2 Design
The drawings and specifications are produced, giving a clear, build-ready set of information to work from. We continue to estimate costs to ensure the designs can be built within budget.
+3 Planning and surveys
We then seek planning where required, and organise necessary surveys to confirm the site conditions and reduce risk before work begins.
+ 4 Detailed quote
Once everything is defined, we issue the final quote before the build starts, so the scope and price are agreed upfront.
