Insurance

We plan projects carefully to remove or reduce risk wherever possible. However, some risks are unavoidable in construction. Our insurance is in place to protect you, your home, your neighbours, our team, and the progress of the project if something unexpected happens. All cover is subject to the relevant policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and excesses. Limits and suitability may vary depending on the nature, value, and location of a project. Policies

Contract works insurance

Covers the works and certain materials on site while the project is underway, for events such as fire, flood, storm, theft, or malicious damage. Each policy and cover is tailored to specific project to ensure full contract value is protected. If materials are stolen or damaged on site, replacements can be arranged with the cost covered so the programme stays on track.

Public liability

Covers injury to third parties and damage to third party property arising from our work. If works affect shared access or boundaries and cause damage, there will be help to put things right.

Employers liability

Covers injury or illness to our employees while working on your project. If an injury occurs on site, this cover ensures the claim is handled properly and disruption is kept to a minimum.

Professional indemnity

Covers claims arising from professional advice, design input, or specification and documentation errors. If advice given during the project causes unexpected costs or problems, this insurance helps resolve the issue properly.

Tools, plant, and equipment on site

Covers our tools and certain hired equipment used on your project, including theft or accidental damage. If tools are stolen from site, replacements can be arranged quickly to avoid delays.
