Producing build ready designs with cost and buildability checked as the design progresses. We can work alongside your own designer, or work with our design partners.
We deliver under a fixed price contract to a clear schedule. You have one point of contact and regular updates. We run safe, tidy sites, and inspect work at the end of each stage. At completion, we complete snagging, and you have a two year warranty period.
Retrofit improvements can be integrated into wider works, so everything is coordinated. We prioritise fabric first measures, then heating and ventilation to suit your home, with clear options and costs set out before you commit, and we will investigate if you can benefit from any funding to support your upgrades.
Aftercare guidance at handover, plus servicing, maintenance, and repairs when you need them, with costs agreed before you commit. Our premium managed plan adds an annual inspection, a written report, and an updated 12 month plan with reminders.
