Our process
This is our typical process from first contact to completion and beyond. We also work on projects that are build ready, where designs and approvals are in place.

+ 1 Enquiry
Initial call and visit to understand the project and agree the right next step.
+ 2 Estimate
Detailed guidance on the estimated cost and timeline, plus a clear proposal for the design phase.
+ 3 Design
Drawings, specification, surveys, and planning are completed under a pre-construction services agreement with ep8 and the designers, after which the project will be ready to fix a price to and build.
+ 4 Quote
+ 5 Mobilisation
We sign a fixed price build contract, set up the project team, place orders, and finalise any outstanding decisions. 7 days before the project starts, an upfront payment is required to cover preliminary costs.
+ 6 Construction
Work is delivered in planned stages with weekly updates from your point of contact, and quality is checked throughout the build before any stage payments are requested retrospectively.
+ 7 Completion
Work is delivered in planned stages with weekly updates from your point of contact, and quality is checked throughout the build before any stage payments are requested retrospectively.
+ 8 Warranty
Snagging runs for 3 months after practical completion, during which you retain the final retention payment. Our warranty covers workmanship and materials we supply and install for 24 months from handover, and any manufacturer's warranties also apply.
