As standard, we give clear guidance at handover, and you can contact us any time to arrange servicing, maintenance, or repairs. We can organise the right specialist, confirm costs before you commit, and keep records in one place. It makes sense for us to maintain the projects we build because we know what was installed, and how it should perform.

Premium maintenance plan
If you want a hands off option, our premium maintenance plan includes an annual inspection of key areas, a clear written report, and an updated 12 month plan. We then prompt ahead of due dates, and coordinate servicing or maintenance visits each year. The annual fee covers our inspection and management time. Works are at your cost.
